The Grand-Lakeshore Retail Advisory Group (GLRAG) is a community-based, all-volunteer organization working to facilitate improvements in our neighborhood business district.

In order to determine what shoppers view as the area's current strengths and weaknesses (as well as their visions for the future) GLRAG conducted an extensive public opinion survey that concluded September 1, 2008.

In the coming months, GLRAG volunteers will be recruiting new businesses using the survey results as a guideline. In addition, the data regarding shoppers' perceptions and concerns will provide a road map for efforts to make the Grand-Lakeshore district safer, more vibrant and more pedestrian friendly.
